14 DAY TRIAL // is a nifty add-on designed specifically to allow scheduling the sending of emails from Outlook.
The product rolled out from Microsoft Research division and integrates in the email client as new button for setting the time for emailing the message.
Although the button is called “Send at 9:00 AM” it allows you to set any time for completing the task.
Editing of the message is possible as it is available in the Outbox folder in the client. Furthermore, a dialog pops up ten seconds before sending, which allows you to cancel the action.
By delaying the sending of the message you have time to think it over and make the necessary changes as well as program it to reach the recipient’s inbox within work hours.
