We're more than happy to inform our readers that we've just added a new manufacturer to our ever-growing list of SSD manufacturers: MX-Technology.

Today's entry is indeed a nice one as we've harvested firmware for all the three SSD series: the standard ones, Fusion and Turbo. There is no word if the future firmware updates will address all these three series at once, but we'll be on the look for the latest software, anyway.

Users are advised to update the firmware for the SATAIII MX-DS Turbo SSDs with files 3.32 ver 2 ONLY if the other version (we've named it ver 1) is not working.

The new firmware for all the SS driver brings some fixes that address errors such as the RPM being marked disabled in identify, some hangs occurring when recovering frm slumber, or S3/ S4 cycling causing BsoD if the drive was set as the primary boot device.

You are also advised to backup all data on your MX-Technology SSDs prior to updating the software. Choose the suitable file from the download page for MX-Technology SSD Firmware.
