Owners of Android-based devices can now enjoy a better experience when watching videos with the help of MX Player, courtesy of a variety of enhancements and fixes that the application has received in the latest release.

Currently up for grabs as version 1.7.22, the application resolves a volume/brightness swiping error on Android 4.4 devices when headset is connected, as well as the HW+ decoder crash on some HTC 4.3/4.4 devices.

Moreover, the new app iteration fixes an audio disappearing error for some iptv/mts videos, and adds an option to pause playback if playback window is obscured by another window.

At the same time, it comes with a full screen option for 4.3/4.4 devices that have software navigation buttons, and resolves an issue with proper subtitles not loading to match current system language.

You can download MX Player 1.7.22 for Android from Softpedia today. The application is compatible with all Android 2.1 and newer devices.
