It's the first Toshiba handset to feature HSUPA technology

Toshiba announced recently at the Mobile World Congress 2008 its new Port?g? G810, a stylish touch-screen device with high speed internet and navigation. Whether it is to keep in touch with the office and friends, browse the web, share photos and videos or just trying to get from A to B on time - the Port?g? G810 is a fitting phone for those who like to have it all. It also has a new and enhanced user interface and with the stylish touch screen it's both simple and easy to use.

The Port?g? G810 is the ideal mobile-working device. With Windows Mobile, the user has access to the Microsoft Office Mobile applications they need to carry on working whilst out and about, and with push e-mail they can read and respond to e-mails immediately.

The Port?g? G810 is also the perfect personal device for socializing and having fun. With support for both HSDPA and HSUPA, the user can surf the web and download or upload pictures and videos captured on the 3 mega-pixel camera at broadband speeds. Windows Media Player Mobile and a high quality 65K color screen brings entertainment on the move, whether it's viewing video clips or photos or just listening to some favorite tunes.

The large 2.83'' QVGA touch-screen and the enhanced user interface make the experience of navigation and access to applications simple and easy. The G810's large screen also ensures the user can see more information with less scrolling, helping to bring the ideal Web 2.0 and Windows Mobile experience in the palm of the hand. The built-in GPS and A-GPS function also allows the user to map out location and directions from A to B in seconds, perfect for the busy travelers trying to find their way in a city or new town/country.

The design of the Port?g? G810 is both sleek and slim, being only 14mm thin and available in a stylish black mirror finish. The G810 also has all the usual functions and features expected, such as MMS, SMS and FM radio, and with full connectivity to GSM/GPRS/EDGE and 3G as well as support for Bluetooth, WiFi and a microSD card up to 4GB.
