Channing Tatum has had one amazing career so far. He started off in the industry as an exotic dancer and got his big break in the first “Step Up” film and, since then, he’s been working his backside off to establish himself as one of the most popular and successful actors and producers in Hollywood.

It’s true that being incredibly good looking has helped him but, nonetheless, his hard work and impressive ascension make him the ideal candidate to receive the Trailblazer Award. Which is what happened last night at the MTV Movie Awards 2014.

This particular award is usually handed out to actors with a diverse body of work and is meant to inspire them to achieve even more than they already have. This year, it was good pal and “Jump Street” co-star Jonah Hill who presented him with the award.

Considering that Channing can now list producer and writer among his credits, we may imagine the sky’s the limit for him next. He did say in older interviews that he planned on trying his hand at directing but he stressed he would not be moving behind the camera for good.

Because Jonah and Channing are good friends in real life as well, Jonah didn’t miss the chance to roast Channing a bit, much to the delight of the audience. Check it out below.
