Fans stand by: the nominations for the 2011 MTV Movie Awards have been announced, which means that voting for your favorite is now possible. “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” “Inception” and “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1” are favorite to win, with most noms so far.

As with every year, fans will be able to vote for their favorite film, actor (and actress) and moment through June 4, when voting closes for MTV to have time to do the final count and determine the winner.

For the second time in no less than 3 years, a “Twilight” installment is leading the pack and will most likely be the big winner of the night, if previous editions of the awards show are any indication to that.

“Eclipse” scored no less than 8 nominations, including one for Best Movie, Best Fight and Best Kiss. Though panned by critics, the film goes up against some very serious contenders in Best Movie, including Oscar-winning “Black Swan,” “Inception” and “The Social Network,” named THE movie of 2010.

Speaking of which, “Inception” comes second in terms of the number of nominations, getting seven nods. “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1” is up next, with six nominations in total.

“The Social Network” landed five nods, while “Black Swan” four; as noted above, both are in the running for the night’s top prize.

Speaking of teen idols, Justin Bieber also got a nod for Best Jaw-Dropping Moment for his documentary “Never Say Never 3D.”

“Thank you to everyone at MTV. This movie is about my life and the lives of my team. We did it hoping to inspire people and are grateful to the response. Even haters liked it. Never Say Never!” the singer said about his nod.
