Recently we brought you some news regarding MSI's upcoming GT680 gaming notebook that was to be showcased during CES 2011, but this is not all that MSI has in store for us when it comes to its laptop line as the company has announced a slew of other notebook and netbook solutions as well as two tablets that are to be launched together with the GT680 during the show.

As far as we can tell, a part of these will be built using Intel's upcoming Sandy Bridge processors, namely the high performance F Series models as well as the C Series of classic multimedia notebooks.

Apart from the new CPUs, the F Series will be equipped with THX TruStudio Pro smart wrap around sound that should provide faithful sound regardless of music type or frequency band, the C Series also boasting improved sound, although, this time, the laptops will come with the SRS PC Sound technology.

Furthermore, the company's thin and ultra-portable notebook line will also be revamped with the brand new U270 and U160DX as well as with the X370 from the X-Slim Series.

Interestingly, the U160DX is the only one to come with an Intel processing unit, the dual-core Atom N550 to be more exact, as the U270 and X370 will sport AMD's new generation processing platform, meaning these will be build using the Ontario and/or Zacate APUs.

In addition to these new laptop models, MSI will also be entering the tablet market with two WindPad models, one built on a Wintel platform while the other will be based on the Android operating system.

Both tablets will be equipped with a G-Sensor, an ALS light sensor, and Wi-Fi, other details not being reveled at this time.

Pricing is also an unknown at this time, but more details will surely be available during CES 2011.
