Since yesterday we looked at MSI's upcoming Intel H67-based motherboards, today it's time to get acquainted with the company's P67 boards lineup, no less than five LGA 1155 models being pictured and detailed in all their black and blue glory.

As usual we'll start things off with the most basic model working our way up towards MSI's flagship product, in this case the P67A-GD65.

But for starters, let's take a look at the P67S-C43, this entry-level motherboard featuring a single x16 PCIe slot, similarly to some of MSI's H67 models, three x1 PCI Express slots as well as three regular PCI slots, the power circuitry using a basic five phase design.

These are paired together with two SATA 6Gbps ports and four SATA 3Gbps ports, the backpanel revealing a PS/2 port, 10 USB 2.0 connectors, Gigabit Ethernet, six analogue audio jacks and optical and coaxial S/PDIF out.

Moving just one step up, we find the P67A-C43 that replaces two of the USB 2.0 ports with a pair of SuperSpeed USB 3.0 connectors, the naming scheme being pretty similar to the one used by Gigabyte for its motherboards.

More interesting changes we find once we get to the P67A-C45, as MSI has now added two front USB 3.0 ports, FireWire support and a pair of heatsinks to cover the MOSFETs on the VRM.

Next in line is the P67A-GD53 which features the same layout as some of the more expensive LGA 1155 MSI motherboards, as it comes with dual PCIe x16 slots, a seven phase VRM design as well as on-board power and reset buttons alongside MSI's OC Genie button.

Furthermore, the board is equipped with a voltage measurement point, a feature that MSI has added to the more expensive P67A-GD55 as well.

Compared to the GD53, the GD55 gains a second NEC USB controller, for two front panel USB 3.0 ports, as well as backpanel FireWire.

Finally, it is time to take a look at the top of the line P67A-GD65, which adds two SATA 6Gbps controllers, one for two internal ports and one for two eSATA ports, the two VRM heatsinks being connected via a small heatpipe for better MOSFET cooling.

These are for now the pictures that we have for you, although SemiAccurate suggests a P67A-GD80 is also in the works together with the Bing Bang Marshall motherboard that was leaked just a few days ago.
