There is a new high-end motherboard in town, one that has basically become the new flagship in the lineup of Micro-Star International.

Called Z87 MPower MAX, it, obviously, is based on the Z87 chipset.

As a standard ATX motherboard, it has room for four DIMM memory slots, three PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, four PCIe 2.0 x1 slots, a mini PCIe slot and eight SATA 6.0 Gbps ports, plus WLAN.

Speaking of the wireless networking, it's a dual-band 802.11 ac Wi-Fi implementation at 867 Mbps.

Bluetooth 3.0 and Gigabit Ethernet is available too, plus a pair of HDMI, DisplayPort and ten USB 3.0 ports, in addition to 8-channel audio.

Furthermore, you'll get a pair of antennas for the wireless connectivity. You can decide for yourself if you need them.

Sadly, MSI didn't give a price for the Z87 MPower MAX.
