Well-known mainboard manufacturer, Taiwanese company MSI is also known for making powerful gaming notebooks, quality tablets and well-built PC systems. Today, the company is launching a new all-in-one (AIO) system with a 20” screen sporting multi-touch support.
The official name of the new system is MSI Wind Top AE2051 and the whole unit is built around AMD
’s newest chipset, the famous A68M that brings USB 3.0 support to the Brazos 2.0 platform.

’s E2-1800 processor that runs at a default frequency of 1700 MHz and features two cores with 512 KB of level 2 cache each.
The integrated Radeon
HD 7340 GPU has 80 VLIW shader units running at 523 MHz with the Turbo option to clock up to 680 MHz.
The maximum TDP is a modest 18 watts, which is really low for a desktop processor that also integrates the video card.
The fastest DDR3 memory supported is DDR3 1333 and the MSI Wind Top AE2051 comes with 4 GB by default, with the possibility to upgrade to a maximum of 8 GB.
The storage side has a 500 GB HDD with a 7200 RPM speed and the device also features a Super Multi optical disc drive (ODD) and a 6 in 1 card reader.
Connectivity is enriched with two USB 3.0
ports, one of them offering the possibility to charge gadgets while the system is turned off, through the Super Charger technology from MSI.
The usual two HD audio jacks are also present along with two more USB 2.0 ports, one HDMI out port, one HDMI in port and the RJ45 LAN connector.
The maximum power consumption of the MSI Wind Top AE2051 is slated at just 65 watts, which is less than the usual 100W light bulb that used to be so popular.
