It has a black and red color scheme and, of course, M.2 SSD support

Intel hasn't released the extreme performance range of LGA 2011-3 central processing units, the Haswell-E series, but it will soon, either in September or in October. That means that motherboard makers have had to line up their X99 chipset-based motherboards.

Some X99-based motherboards have already been released or at least introduced in anticipation of future sales. This time, though, MSI chose to take things more slowly.

These are high-end, expensive products after all, so it can help to raise some hype before their actual release. Reduces the chance of them being overlooked.

The new motherboard is called, or will be called, MSI X99S Gaming 9 AC and supports DDR4 quad-channel memory.

Quad-SLI and CrossFireX networking capabilities are available as well, of course. It would not do to lack full-might video support after all. To that end, there are five PCI Express 3.0 x16 slots on the flagship mainboard.

Other specs include 802.11 ac Wi-Fi, Killer E2200 Gigabit Ethernet, eight USB 3.0 (or more, the teaser photo doesn't make it clear), and eight SATA 6.0 Gbps ports, plus one or more M.2 slots and SATA Express.

Unfortunately, as could have been guessed from this being just a teaser, the price is still unknown, as is the arrival date.
