We have everything from mini-ITX to full-ATX form factors

You'd think that Micro-Star International would do what most of its rivals did and only release one, two or three Gaming-Series motherboards, but the company seems to have gone with the completely opposite route.

Which is to say, the collection of MSI Z97 Gaming motherboards is positively massive, as the gallery below will show you.

We have mini-ITX, micro-ATX and full-ATX motherboards, some of which focus on audio and wired networking more than the others. Well, if nothing else, MSI is aware that quantity is a quality all on its own.

Not that the new products are half-baked, because they aren't. They simply lack some of the hardcore components and clock-tweaking capabilities of the overclocking-centric OC series (which we won't be looking at here).

Anyway, the “main” motherboard collection is composed of the Z97 Gaming 3, Z97 Gaming 5, and Z97 Gaming 7 ATX mainboards, plus the micro-ATX Z97M Gaming and the mini-ITX Z97I Gaming.

Then, there are the audio and networking-optimized Z97-G43 Gaming, Z97-G45 Gaming, and Z97-GD65 Gaming, which feature AudioBoost technology, and Broadcom Killer E2200 gaming-optimized NICs (networking with intelligent bandwidth allocation for games).

We've added the motherboards to the gallery below. You can see the number of memory and, PCI Express slots easily, and the same goes for everything else. The VRMs come in 8 to 12 channels (so there is some clock tweaking support) and the color theme is black and red. You'll have to check with your local retailer for the details and prices.
