No doubt informed consumers are counting the minutes until the start of CeBIT 2010. The expo is already promising to feature a large number of new product releases. MSI will, naturally, be there to make waves and has already revealed part of what its product exhibition will entail, namely its all-in-one computer collection. The company will be showcasing a variety of different Wind Top AiO models, including the Intel Core-powered Wind Top AE2280/AE2420 and the Eco-Friendly Wind Top AP1920/AE1920.

Among all these devices, however, there is one that stands out through its adherence to the ever-growing “world's first” collection of products. This all-in-one desktop is dubbed, in a very self-explanatory fashion, the MSI Wind Top All-in-One 3D PC. With a screen size of 24 inches, the AiO can play back videos in Full-HD resolution and, when complemented by 3D stutter glasses, delivers “smooth, clear and vibrant 3D images with a high level of image detail and clarity.”

The aforementioned Intel Core-powered Wind Top AE2280 and AE2420 come with screen sizes of 22 inches and 24 inches. These systems are designed for high performance and, as such, are based on Intel's latest Core i3, i5 and i7 central processing units. They also come with the Intel Turbo boost technology, “which automatically increases CPU frequency on demand, delivering maximum performance for HD movies, sophisticated 3D games and other resource-hungry applications.” Of course, MSI took care to combine these performance features with an equally appealing exterior.

Micro-Star International will also be demonstrating models optimized for energy efficiency. The Wind Top AP1920 and AE1920 have screen sizes of 19 and 20 inches and, like the Wind Box Mini-PCs (also to be shown at CeBIT), are aimed at end-users interested in both productivity and a small environment footprint. Each of these devices, according to the company, uses up to 90% less energy than 300W business systems. As such, these configurations have earned the U.S. Energy Star certification and they also comply with the European Union's new EuP (Energy using Product) environmental directive.
