Micro-Star International may have introduced its share of laptops, but its portfolio is, of course, in no way limited to those, as is proven by its unleashing of a pair of all-in-one desktops also powered by Intel's newest CPUs.

Coming to complement the new laptops that Micro-Star International released, the AE2210 and AE2410 have now been added to the Wind Top series.

These two all-in-one systems are intended for home entertainment and optimized for what the press release calls 'unprecedented convenience.'

“Adding to its popular line of all-in-one (AIO) PC units, MSI took the wraps off the Wind Top AE2210 and AE2410, which deliver a new level of home entertainment experience combined with unmatched convenience,” says the announcement.

Since the Sandy Bridge processors have their own integrated graphics with DirectX 10 capabilities, they should be able to handle any multimedia task thrown at them.

What's more, casual gamers and those that play MMORPGs won't need to make any upgrades in the shape of a discrete graphics card.

Granted, those games with more advanced 3D graphics will still be more tricky to approach, but gamers usually end up buying a high-end system anyway, not ones meant for multimedia.

That said, the AE2210 has a screen with a diagonal of 21.5 inches, while the AE2410 measures 23.6 inches.

The native resolution of both panels is, of course, 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, while the aspect ratio is the 16:9 theater-grade widescreen.

MSI also went ahead an implemented the Quick Sync Video technology (for video editing), Clear Video HD technology (boost image quality) and the MSI Super Charger Technology (lets devices charge over USB 3.0 via the two existent ports even when the system itself is turned off).

Sales are supposed to start sometime this quarter (Q1 2011) for starting prices of $799.99 (AE2210) and $899.99 (AE2410).
