Apparently, Mp4 is going to replace the beloved Mp3. However, not in the near future, as some businesses in this industry are juicier than you'll ever imagine.

Take Chinavision, for example. The Asian company has probably foreseen the future of the Mp3 player, therefore it prepares to launch an Mp4 player in the competition, which is a smart but rather risky move. Regarding the Chinese mp4 player, it wasn't named yet, it just wears a stupid serial number: CVAAL-A28.

At a first glimpse, the only remarkable feature seems to be the 1.8 inch OLED screen display, which unfortunately wears the really limited 65K colors and a resolution of 128 x 128 pixels. As for its capabilities, the device can play MP3 and WMA audio file formats, as well as other common files on the market, but of course, it performs the recordings in WAV formats, just as most devices do.

Besides that, the manufacturers integrated an FM tuner, since the user needs to get some traffic and weather information when taking a break from the mp4 music. Not to mention all the respectful PMPs on the market have one embodied in the system. Even if some might say that an MP4's interface can be quite a pain, the fellows from Chinavision say this is not the case. The memory is not bad, either, as 4GB can be enough sometimes.

As for its extra functionality, there is nothing more to say. There is no Wi-fi connectivity or special features. When it comes to size, it's a rather slim and sleek device, of 88 mm x39 x 8mm. However, there is a built-in rechargeable li-battery that powers the device.

The design seems to be a sort of hybrid between a mobile communication device and half of a Rubik cube. However, the player's big buttons don't look that bad. As for its pricing and availability details, the player retails for up to 65 bucks price tag online.
