A stylish clamshell has surfaced under the name of MOMO DESIGN MD-2, looking to make its way on the market already stuffed with such devices. It has great looks and some pretty decent specifications, although no leading producer name to account for its
quality.
The MOMO DESIGN MD-2 has some compact sizes of 90 x 48 x 18.9mm and is 100 grams heavy. This makes it a compact and comfortable phone, but definitely not a slim one. The dark gray case looks smooth and shiny, with high chances of turning out as a fingerprint magnet and quite vulnerable to scratches.
The monocrome display looks quite special, as its borders can't even be guessed, which does not break the phone's elegant lines. So far, the phone came with only scant information and images, which leaves room only for guessing on its 2-inch internal display and buttons. The 176 x 20 pixels resolution is a low one and might lead to poor image display.
The 1.3-megapixel camera is not worth mentioning, as it adds nothing special to the handset with its average quality captures. It should be interesting to see where the producers thought of placing this camera, as the image provided with the phone's specifications show no such feature on the front case. Other specifications include Bluetooth and USB connectivity, some basic data transfer features that many
evolved handsets now include by default.
The MOMO DESIGN MD-2 turns out as being just a pretty low-end phone that can earn a spot on the market as a good looker. There are high chances for it to come for a small price as well, in order to make up for the disadvantage of not having a great producer name and stand out through something more than just design elegance. There is no word on its price or market right now.
