MMA fighter Jon Koppenhaver, best known as War Machine, is still on the run from the police after beating his former girlfriend, adult star Christy Mack, on Friday so badly that she’s still unable to stand or eat solids. No less than 7 warrant arrests have been issued in his name but he’s tweeting that he has no intention of turning himself in yet.

Over the weekend, War Machine tweeted Christy directly to say that he still loved her and that he was very heartbroken about what had happened. He also hinted that he had tried to surprise her at her home, where he found her with another man. He claimed he was “cursed.”

He’s still determined not to turn himself in, as his most recent tweets indicate. War Machine insists that he’s “not a bad guy” and that things didn’t play out like they were presented in the press.

In fact, he says, on Friday, he went over to Mack’s house to propose to her, thinking it would be a surprise she would love. He found her with another guy, and in no time, he was “fighting for [his] life,” whatever he means by that.

The reason he’s on the run and has no plans to turn himself in is that he believes “the cops will never give [him] fair play, never believe [him].” “My only wish that man hadn't been there and that Christy & I would behappily engaged.I don't know y I'm so cursed. One day truth will come out,” he writes.

In the meantime, there’s a $10,000 (€7,476) reward for information on his whereabouts. If he’s looking to stay hidden for much longer because he wants to be treated “fairly” by the cops, he’s going about it the wrong way: Mack just tweeted gruesome photos of the injuries she sustained in the fight, along with all the details of the beating she took.

You will find her tweet embedded below, after the messages from War Machine. She paints a very troubling image of what happened, detailing all the injuries she sustained – and there are plenty of them.

More importantly, Mack stresses that she and War Machine were not a couple anymore because he broke up with her in May and shortly after moved out of the house. So he had no reason to just swing over, intended proposal or not.

She writes that she was with another person in the house, a friend. They were both fully clothed and unarmed, which is to say, War Machine had no reason to go on the defensive because no one threatened him in any way or, for that matter, gave him reason to suspect something else was happening behind his back.

Still, he beat, stabbed, humiliated, and even tried to rape her, before she managed to make her escape and call for help. Mack claims he hit her most frequently and most violently in the face, but also stabbed her with a blunt knife, which he also used to chop off her hair.

“My injuries include 18 broken bones around my eyes, my nose in broken in 2 places, I am missing teeth and several more are broken. I am unable to chew or see out of my left eye. My speech is slurred from my swelling and lack of teeth. I have a fractured rib and severely ruptured liver from a kick to my side. My leg is so badly injured I have not been able to walk on my own,” Mack writes.

War Machine is now wanted for battery, strangulation, domestic violence with great bodily harm, assault with a deadly weapon, strangulation, and coercion with the threat of force. Mack’s family fears that, if police don’t catch him quickly, he might come for her at the hospital.
