The development team at the San Diego Studio and publisher Sony are starting to ramp up the promotional effort for MLB 15 The Show and fans will be excited to hear about the huge list of improvements that are introduced when it comes to gameplay and the graphics of the baseball simulation.

The biggest new addition is the year-to-year save feature, which allows gamers to continue their Franchise and Road to the Show campaigns that they have started in last year’s version of the title and can continue to move them from title to title in the future.

The list of changes is huge and can be seen in its entirety by clicking on the button at the end of this article.

The company is aiming to use a new version of the Dynamic Difficulty concept to make sure that MLB 15 The Show adapts itself to the skills of the player, and a new version of the Artificial Intelligence also delivers more realistic moments.

Equipment taken from the most important real world brands will be included in the game with a lot of sponsorship opportunities for all teams.

On the PlayStation 4, gamers will also get access to seasonal sun and shadow movement, realistic options for player skins, better night game light use and a photorealistic rendering system.

MLB 15 The Show is also getting access to some Legendary players that have played baseball over the year and a lot more new content.

Baseball is a huge sport with limited virtual success

MLB The Show has been living in the shadow of better known sports simulations like Madden NFL, NBA 2K or FIFA.

Sony is aiming to change this by using the impressive power of the PlayStation 4 to increase both the realism of the game and the amount of content that gamers can experience.

More information about the title will be offered on February 5 using a Twitch stream that will show actual gameplay and will demo some of the revealed changes.

MLB 15 The Show will be launched on the PlayStation 4, the PS3 and the Vita handheld on March 31 of this year.
