MAINGEAR Upgrades Its F131 Gaming PC

Maingear relaunches the F131 gaming PC

Maingear has recently announced that its award-wining and successful F131 gaming PC will be available again for gamers and computer enthusiasts who want to take advantage of the latest in hardware performance. The system, which will be available for purchase through the company's website, will deliver support for up too three ATI Radeon HD 4890 graphics cards, using CrossFireX technology, meant to provide users with support for the latest games or graphics-demanding applications currently available on the market.


“With the new F131, we’re giving our customers the advantage of unrivaled graphics technology with 3 4890’s in CrossFireX or 3 GTX 285’s in SLI” said Wallace Santos, CEO and founder of MAINGEAR. “Stellar graphics performance coupled with advanced liquid cooling and maximum expandability gives MAINGEAR gamers a lot to be excited about with the F131.”


The F131 can be configured with a number of hardware components, ranging from Intel's Nehalem Core i7 processors, to AMD's latest Phenom II CPUs, Radeon 4000-series GPUs and NVIDIA's latest GeForce graphics accelerators. These options will enable the computer enthusiast to take advantage of an optimum level of performance, with support for some of the most demanding applications available today. With up to 8GB of DDR2 memory for AMD-based systems, or 12GB for Intel powered-configurations, a maximum of 8TB of hard drive space and the performance-oriented liquid cooling solution from CoolIT Systems, the F131 is ready to provide you with support for the latest games or graphics applications.


Starting at a price tag of $1299, the F131 can be customized with the user's preferred image or logo, thanks to the Maingear M.A.R.C. Custom laser etching technology. The system is currently available for configuration on the company's website, enabling users to choose the level of performance and customization they'll want to take advantage of.
