When it rains, it pours, and when it comes to the availability of Lumia Cyan across Europe, some more devices can now be added to the list.

After seeing the update landing on handsets such as Nokia Lumia 1020, or the Lumia 520 and Lumia 720, we are now learning that owners of Nokia Lumia 620 and Lumia 820 handsets can also start downloading and installing the new OS upgrade.

Microsoft has already updated the official Lumia Cyan tracker in order to reflect the change, and is now showing the update as rolling out for said devices at wireless carriers in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Poland.

Operators such as O2, Vodafone, and TIM are currently delivering the new OS upgrade to their customers, but it seems that the country variants of these devices are also getting a taste of it.

Nokia Lumia 620 and Lumia 820 were the two Windows Phone 8-based Lumia devices that were left out of the platform upgrade several hours ago, but it seems that this has changed.

With all eligible Nokia models currently receiving the Lumia Cyan with Windows Phone 8.1 in Europe, it should not be too long before the update starts arriving on all handsets in other territories as well.

Previously, Microsoft has confirmed that the OS refresh will be delivered to all users before the end of the summer, and it appears that it is on track to make that happen.

However, we are already seeing some wireless carriers taking their time testing the software, which means that their customers will have to wait a bit longer for the upgrade to arrive on their handsets.

On the other hand, it certainly does not come as a surprise that Microsoft is currently working towards completing the deployment of Lumia Cyan.

The company has already revealed the next version of its mobile operating system, none other than the Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1, which has started to arrive in the form of a Developer Preview build earlier this week.

Thus, the software giant is expected to try to complete the rollout of the current OS upgrade in order to be able to focus on the next one, which has been confirmed for all Windows Phone 8.1 devices out there in the next couple of months.

Hopefully, it won’t take long for Lumia Cyan to start arriving on all Nokia handsets worldwide, so keep an eye on this space to learn more info on the matter.
