The smartphone has been certified in this Asian country

There's no surprise that Microsoft will launch at least one flagship smartphone sometime this fall, after Windows 10 Mobile gets released.

For the time being, they are referred to as Lumia 940 and Lumia 940 XL, but Microsoft might decide to launch them with different market names.

They are internally known as Cityman and Talkman, and have already been spotted in the wild with model numbers like RM-1106.

However, take this with a grain of salt since we don't have any confirmation that Microsoft RM-1106 could indeed be the Lumia 940 or Lumia 940 XL.

A certain smartphone with model number RM-1106 was spotted not long ago in GFXBench database, which confirmed some of the specs that we knew the Lumia 940 might pack.

Another variation of the Lumia 940?

Today, another unknown Microsoft RM-1104 has popped up in Indonesia, where it has passed certification, a new report confirms.

Since the model number is very close to the previous RM-1106 device that leaked in GFXBench, there's a high chance that this is another variation of the Lumia 940.

Unfortunately, aside from the new model number and the fact that it passed certification in Indonesia, nothing else has been revealed in this listing.

The good news is that the smartphone exists, and Microsoft is now testing the prototypes in various regions of the world.

Up until now, we have learned that Lumia 940 should pack a 5.2-inch display, a hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, a 20-megapixel PureView camera, and a 5-megapixel camera on the front.

Both Lumia 940 and Lumia 940 XL should be released later this year with Windows 10 Mobile operating system right out of the box.

They might also be packed with innovative 3D user interaction software, as well as iris scanner (for Lumia 940 XL). We'll keep you updated with any other news on the matter, so stay tuned.
