Nokia’s first Windows Phone 8-based smartphones might be on their way to the market in the United States on the airwaves of wireless carrier AT&T, the latest reports on the matter suggest.
Moreover, it appears that the Finnish handset vendor is getting ready to make them available for purchase as soon as November 2 hits.
According to The Verge, AT&T is already testing Lumia 920 and might have the handset ready for launch one week after Windows Phone 8 goes official on October 29th, provided that no issues emerge.
A recent article on TechRadar, however, suggests that Lumia 820 will join it on shelves on November 2.
At the moment, Microsoft is reportedly working on finalizing the Windows Phone 8 platform to have it ready for RTM next week, when the software development kit is put up for download.
