Lumia 520 and Lumia 720, the latest Windows Phone 8 devices that Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia has made official with Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8 operating system loaded on top, are now up for pre-order in Germany via online retailer Amazon.

Featuring a price tag of €199 ($257), Lumia 520, the cheapest Windows Phone 8 device to date, can be seen on this page on the retailer’s website, as MyNokiaBlog notes.

Lumia 720, on the other hand, is listed on this page with a price tag of €379 ($490) attached to it. Both handsets are being offered contract-free.

Unfortunately, the retailer hasn’t provided a specific release date for either smartphone for the time being, though both of them might arrive on shelves as soon as next month. Stay tuned for more on this.
