Jake Davis, also known as LulzSec hacker Topiary has been released a few days ago from the young offender institution where he had been detained.

The 20-year-old might be free, but authorities have imposed a lot of restrictions as far as the Internet is concerned.

“I'm legally banned from talking to anyone involved with Anonymous, so I'll just use this feed to discuss breakfast. Today shall be... toast,” Davis wrote on Twitter.

In addition, he has told the BBC that he’s not allowed to erase his Internet history, encrypt files, or securely wiping any data.

The hacker says he has written a “nerdy prison diary” which he’ll release once it’s “vetted by twenty million lawyers.”

In addition to the diary, he’s also planning on making a film about the Internet.

Davis pleaded guilty to hacking charges in June 2012. He was sentenced to 24 months in prison last month, but since he had already been wearing an electronic tag for 21 months, he was released.
