Prime Suspectz – a veteran hacker group that, according to their zone-h.org account, breached at least 200 high-profile websites between 2000 and 2002 – have managed to deface the “portal” subdomain of LulzSec.com, a domain that’s currently owned by US authorities.

“Anonymous & LulzSec are the world's biggest lamerz, they think leaking can make them big haxor? no, you are wrong! u will be never big hacker, ur the biggest lamers of this planet. people like you destroy the hacking scene, you use LOIC and thinking ur big hacker, hahahahaha! (sic),” the hackers wrote on the defaced page.

The hackers added that they’re “not dead.” They call Sabu, the leader of the LulzSec collective, as being the “biggest n00b of his century.”

Cyber War News’ Lee J. makes an interesting point regarding this hack. First of all, the main lulzsec.com domain and the portal.lulzsec.com subdomain are not hosted on the same IP address.

Considering that another website – pekingporkchop.com, which is hosted on the same IP address – has also been defaced, might indicate that the attack is a result of a DNS hijacking.
