The Lufthansa iPhone application has been confirmed as the Smaato Mobile Advertising Wward winner for 2010, Smaato Inc., the leading mobile ad optimizer and mobile advertising company, recently announced.

Smaato was extremely pleased to announce Lufthansa iPhone App by Clanmo as the overall winner of the Smaato Mobile Advertising Award 2010 in a report dating October 08, 2010.

As the overall winner, Clanmo will be claiming the prize of a free booth at Mobile World Congress 2011 and receive introductions to six top VCs, the company said.

Other category winners get a free booth at M-Days in Munich, Germany in January 2011, at M-Publishing in New York in 2011, and two handsets sponsored by Nokia along with tickets to Mobile World Congress 2011, said Smaato.

The ceremony also recognized winners for Android (Spotify), Symbian (SPB) and iPhone (Soundhound) among others, said Smaato.

“The Smaato Award 2010 has again raised the bar in attracting 256 nominees of premium mobile web sites and mobile apps,” said Ragnar Kruse, CEO & Co-Founder of Smaato.
