LucasArts has just posted a job listing for a senior core engineer and a senior animator that will both work on a new first-person shooter title, which will be released on current and future generation platforms.

LucasArts is making a comeback in terms of games and has already impressed plenty of people by releasing gameplay footage from the upcoming Star Wars 1313.

Now, the studio has begun recruiting new people for their other projects, including a new FPS title.

According to the job listings for a senior core engineer and a senior animator, via Gamasutra, they’ll both have to work on “current and Future Generation console and PC hardware."

No other details were given and LucasArts hasn’t commented on its new job listings, so fans will have to wait until it officially presents this new shooter at a later point in time.

Until then, Star Wars fans can look forward to the release of 1313, a third-person shooter, next year.
