First, there was Lady Heather Mills McCartney who said that she dreaded a death similar to that of Princess Diana. Now, it's party girl/actress Lindsay Lohan who claims that her run-ins with the paparazzi have gotten to such a phase that she fears for her life and personal security.

On Tuesday, at about 2 A.M., Lindsay was involved in her third car accident in less than two years and, yet again, she says it's all the paps' fault. Prior to the crash, TMZ spotted the actress at the hotspot Hyde, sitting outside in her vehicle with an unidentified man.

'La Lohan appeared a little upset and teary-eyed under a hooded shirt before speeding off, alone', the gossip site informs. This comes just a few hours after she appeared on Oprah's show, saying that she feels hurt and offended by the party girl reputation and image the world assigns to her.

After 'speeding off', Lindsay was apparently chased by a photographer, who later slammed his car into the back of her black convertible Mercedes. Her publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, confirmed the accident and stated that it was not reported to the police. 'She was rear-ended by a paparazzi. She's fine', Zelnick explained.

However, sources close to Lindsay also fear that she will eventually meet her doom from the many scary encounters with the paparazzi. As one friend of hers told the New York 'Daily Times', 'She was apparently able to drive a short distance from the crash. But she later pulled over and called a friend to pick her up'.

Who knows for how long this is going to last? Some day, her friends claim, she might end up dead, just like Princess Diana. 'I think Lindsay has been hounded by paparazzi more than most celebs. She could end up like Diana', one of them told the mag.
