Lohan Sued Again

- Lindsay's infamous past is once again catching up with her

By: Monica Gaza, Entertainment News Editor

Lindsay Lohan definitely has a hard time keeping her nose clean. If three stints in rehab, two arrests and a reputation for sleeping with just about any rich, good-looking man or woman who crosses her path were
not enough, here's another piece of news that will most likely come to confirm the rehabbed actress' huge damage potential. In addition to about a dozen more lawsuits filed against her, Lindsay has just been sued by a former bodyguard named David Kim, who accuses LiLo of nonpayment, breach of oral contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and a series of other California state labor code violations.

Kim was employed by Lohan for five months, starting from October 2006. He claims his rate was either $4,000 a week for full, round-the-clock services, or $2,800 a week if he took the night shift. He also claims having provided Lohan with a variety of services, from offering the troubled actress protection against rowdy fans and annoyingly intrusive paparazzi to acting as an on-call chauffeur for her, also working to secure Lindsay and her buddies’ VIP tables at various clubs. In the court papers, he alleges having quit his job when Lohan refused to pay him, after reportedly shedding over $10,000 out of his own pocket for mileage, valet tips and other "related expenses". In November 2006, he was also involved in a minor accident caused by Lohan’s driver, who made an illegal right turn and ended up hitting Kim’s car, which was part of the convoy.

Lohan denied she ever knew Kim and claims he has never been her employee or worked for her in any way. However, we all know Lindsay's past is riddled with ridiculously tall lies meant to cover up her wild antics. For example, she once entered a friend's apartment and stole thousands of dollars' worth of designer clothes and accessories, then shamelessly denied ever having done such a thing, despite eye witness accounts placing her at the scene of the crime. There's also a good chance that she was so stoned and drunk at the time when Kim reportedly worked for her that she simply forgot his existence. But, as they say, it's all in the hands of the law now. Stay tuned for more updates on Lindsay's legal troubles.
