Yet another spotting stands to breathe new life into the Loch Ness monster legend. 50-year-old David Elder of East Kilbride in the UK is convinced that he has caught the beast on camera.

The ripples in the water captured in the photo posted above should be indicative of the monster lying beneath.

According to the Mirror, Kilbride spotted the “lump” on the move in the Fort Augustus area. He describes the solid objects spotted in the water as 15 feet (4.6 m) long.

“Out of the corner of my right eye I caught site of a black area of water about 15 feet (4.6 m) long, which developed into a kind of bow wave,” he recalls.

He added that the photo was taken on a clear, sunny day with still waters and that there were no other waves in the proximity of the unidentified object.
