14 DAY TRIAL // Loadout is a light-hearted upcoming multiplayer shooter from developer Edge of Reality, currently available on Steam Early Access.
The Edge of Reality team has some impressive games on record, featuring the likes of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, The Sims, Mass Effect and Dragon Age: Origins.
The game boasts a variety of billions of possible weapons, stemming from the focus on highly configurable guns that can be customized in-depth.
Loadout will be completely free to play upon release, and those who want to gain access to it right now will have to pay a small premium.
The game tries to set itself apart from the many realistic “modern combat” titles out there, allowing players to invent their own weapons and them use them in intense, fast-paced and over-the-top shooter action.
The gameplay features the acrobatic navigation of the battlefield and over 44 billion different possible weapons, according to developer Edge of Reality.
Loadout is scheduled for release on January 31, 2014, for the PC.
