Who would have thought that the beautiful model and actress would so suddenly decide that she doesn't want to live in the spotlight anymore? Liz Hurley told the British press that she is very determined to quit her acting career and start farming, instead.

Liz is already the proud owner of a beautiful estate in the English countryside and claims that, from now on, she will no longer be taking on movie roles, as she will start her own farm of organic products. But, for that, she has to get a proper license, granting her official organic status, from the Soil Association.

But waiting for an undetermined period of time is not something to scare the 'Bedazzled' actress away. She says: 'It's the best thing that I've ever done... it's the only place I want to be. When we get our organic status we're going to farm properly and we're going to have a heard of cows and proper sheep and proper chickens, and we're going to have small amounts of Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs. I've joined the breeders' club already and I'm quite excited about it. I would like to go for some kind of organic food production and I plan to do it - maybe something Indian'.

Meanwhile, the beautiful actress refuses to disclose any information regarding her upcoming wedding to millionaire boyfriend, Arun Nayar.
