Google Apps is a suite of tools especially designed for enterprise use, helping the companies from all over the world communicate and organize their internal work. Since the release of the suite, the search giant promoted it periodically and even improved it to make the solution more attractive for most types of companies. At this time, Google Apps is available in 3 flavors: Free Edition, Premium Edition and Google Apps Educational version. Because it is extremely important for both users and company, the Google employees are now trying to describe the way the suite works using several videos published on YouTube. In a 17 minutes clip, Rajen Sheth, Product Manager, Google Apps, explains the features of the suite, trying to describe the interoperability between Gmail and other Google services.

As you know, the compatibilities between Gmail and other Google products were the subjects of numerous update notifications, the search giant aiming at allowing the service to work one another. As Ionut Alex, Google blogger, sustains, the clip is focused on the collaboration between Gmail and other services developed by the company. The clip was posted on YouTube and recorded 1.585 views although it wasn't too promoted.

"I'm using Google Apps now and I love it. I'm using the Docs app mostly and soon I hope to collaborate with other users. Also, I'm beginning to use the Calendar. Since my laptop is a Mac, having the Docs app is fantastic!" a YouTube member sustained in a comment published on the clip's page.

So, if you want to find the better way to use Google Apps in your company, you can view the clip posted on YouTube and created by the Google employees. Although the search giant didn't mention which version of Google Apps is displayed in the clip, I believe it is the Premium version because it contains several features included in this flavor.
