The AppFest coding marathon grouped together more than 2,500 developers across India, and besides the opportunity to witness a world record attempt, those who attended the show also got the chance to listen to a pretty catchy song.
It’s the official AppFest anthem and brings in the spotlight the three major things that define the developer conference: food, drinks and coding.
In the end, Microsoft managed to make it into the Guinness Book of World Records, as it set
a world record for the Most Participants in a Software Development Marathon in One Location, with a total of 2,567 developers creating Windows 8 apps for 18 hours in a row.
