We're not hating on Paris for being Paris. If anything, we'd be the first to acknowledge that her “Stars Are Blind” single was good, albeit by mere accident.
“Louder” is bad and, what's worse, it's bad in a way that sticks with you, promising to annoy you for the rest of your day.
