Women looking for better support when working out or simply to have an ace up their sleeve in certain moments will soon be able to get the perfect underwear item with the Lisca Smart Memory Bra. Using special memory foam that can expand according to body temperature and then return back to normal, the bra from the lingerie giant is already on display at Europe’s largest lingerie show in Paris, and will presumably go on sale in most European countries in the months to come, the Daily Mail informs.

The manufacturers came up with the idea for this innovative bra as they were looking to design an item that would adapt itself to weather conditions. Thus, they came to realize that creating instead a bra that would shapeshift to accommodate a woman’s monthly variations in cup size would be a much better idea. The Smart Memory Bra also expands in cup size when a rise in temperature occurs, such as when working out or when flirting.

Lisca explains that there isn’t anything unnatural about the original bra, as the foam not only expands but also molds itself onto a woman’s natural curves, which translates into added support in times of need, such as during an aerobics class or when jogging. “When cold, the material feels a bit rigid and hard, but the touch of your skin makes it soft and comfortably pleasant.” designer Suzana Gorisek tells the media, as quoted by the aforementioned publication. “As a woman’s body changes, so the size of the bra changes. That’s the advantage of this bra.” Gorisek adds.

As of now, Lisca is looking for distributors for the Smart Memory Bra for all major European local markets. Despite the fact that nothing has been made official in this sense just yet, Gorisek says they’ve been flooded with requests and questions about the product, which means more than just a few women would be willing to give it a go to see whether the totted cleavage boost is really as impressive as they say it is. Since the bra uses a NASA patented technology – the smart, responsive foam – from 1966, which has seen many applications in several products currently available on the market, chances are it will actually come as a welcome addition to the lingerie current offering, it has been said.

The Smart Memory Bra is expected to reach Britain in the near future, probably a couple of months at the most. It will presumably be priced at £25-30, but no distributor has been announced yet. For more on this, keep an eye on this space.
