It's not confirmed, but given the cooling and specs, it's more than likely

AMD's Radeon R9 290X graphics card is pretty cheap at $549.99 / €549.99, compared to NVIDIA's cards of the same performance, but that seems to be acting as incentive for OEMs to go wild.

After all, why not overclock the living lights out of the thing, and add a cooler to match, if you can do it and still not exceed rival boards in price.

Case in point, PowerColor has created the Radeon R9 290X LCS, featuring a factory-fitted water block (EK-FC R9-290X) over an AMD reference PCB. So only buy the card if you have a water cooling system in your PC.

The specs aren't known, and the price has been withheld as well, but that's okay because we can guess it.

Basically, between the card's own price of $549.99 / €549.99 and the cooler's aftermarket tag of $145 / €145, the final price could be around $700 / €700. Sales will begin later this month.
