Microsoft is saying that its upcoming karaoke game, called Lips, will arrive in Europe on November 21, at a price tag of 69.99 Euros. The game is also slated to arrive in North America on November 18.

In the package, you will get two microphones both wireless and, weirdly, motion sensitive, which can also light up. The idea is that, other than singing, you will also be able to perform some moves and to strike poses in order to advance in Lips. The game comes with 40 tracks on the disk, which, of course, you can use for karaoke. More tracks will be made available via the Microsoft operated Xbox Live Marketplace, with the first piece of DLC being “No Substitute Love” from Estelle.

The interesting part is that you can also take tracks that you have on your MP3 player, or on your computer’s hard drive, and sing along to them, as the game will automatically take care of voice elimination and other noise reduction. Although Microsoft initially said that lyrics would also be provided for these tracks, via an ingenious solution, it seems that the final release will not include them. Microsoft is saying that “virtual music videos” will be created on the spot in order to accompany your singing.

In case you are interested, here's the full track list available in Lips: A-HA - “Take on Me”; Nirvana - “In Bloom”; Alicia Keys - “No One”; Peter Bjorn and John - “Young Folks”; Aly & AJ - “Potential Break Up Song”; Queen - “Another One Bites the Dust”; Avril Lavigne - “Complicated”; R.E.M. - “The One I Love”; Ben E.
