The development team at Lionhead announces that it is currently working on a fix which is designed to fix several of the most important crashes that are affecting buyers, which will be launched as quickly as possible.

The company explains in an official forum thread that, “Our number one priority at the moment is to make sure the stability issues you are experiencing are fixed. We’ve been working hard over the past few days to track down and identify the issues which cause your games to freeze/lock up (we know how annoying that is).”

The studio says that it is carefully testing the title update for Fable Anniversary in order to make sure that it does not introduce any future problems.

No estimated time of arrival for the patch is currently offered.

Fable Anniversary is a full remake of the classic title created by Peter Molyneux.

The team at Lionhead is also working on a new Fable, called Legends, which will be launched in 2014.
