LinuxCon Europe 2012, a Linux conference held in Europe that promises to bring together a unique blend of core developers, administrators, users, community managers and industry experts, has started.

This year's LinuxCon Europe 2012 event is being held in Barcelona, Spain, at the Hotel Fira Palace and it stretches for a period of five days, November 5 – 9.

A lot of important speakers will be present, such as Mark Shuttleworth from Canonical, Brian Stevens from Red Hat, Dave Engberg from Evernote, Ralf Flaxa from SUSE, Catarina Mota from Open Materials, Marten Mickos from Eucalyptus, and Imad Sousou from Intel.

According to the organizers, LinuxCon Europe will deliver attendees top-notch speaking talent (from across Europe and around the globe), innovative and abundant program content, and a wide variety of opportunities to connect with peers.

As usual, the LinuxCon Europe conference is organized by The Linux Foundations, with Intel and Qualcomm as Platinum sponsors.
