14 DAY TRIAL // The final version of Linux Lite 2.2, a distribution based on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS created to show people just how easy it is for non-technical folks to use a Linux distribution, has finally arrived and it's packed with a lot of changes and improvements.
Linux Lite distros have been based on Ubuntu LTS edition and this is the main reason why we see new versions of the OS so rarely. In fact, Linux Lite usually pops up on a two-year cycle and the devs have more than enough time to make all the necessary changes. It's pretty different from the Ubuntu base and it's a lot lighter, so users will find it more than interesting.
