All Precise Pangolin users are urged to update their systems immediately

Canonical has announced on November 8, in a security notice, that a new Linux kernel update is available for its Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) operating system, fixing three vulnerabilities found in the Linux kernel packages.

These are the three kernel vulnerabilities that affect the Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) operating system: CVE-2012-5374, CVE-2012-5375, and CVE-2013-2147.

The security flaws can be fixed if you upgrade your system(s) to the linux-image-3.2.0-56 (3.2.0-56.86) package(s). To apply the update, run the Update Manager application or read the following instructions: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Security/Upgrades.

After the upgrade, you must reboot your computer for the changes to take effect!
