Greg Kroah-Hartman announced yesterday, July 16th, the immediate availability for download of the fifth maintenance release for the stable Linux 3.4 kernel series.

Looking at the changelog, we can see that Linux kernel 3.4.5 brings fixes and updates for the ARM, PowerPC and x86 architectures, lots of driver updates, as well as various sound and networking improvements.
