Ben Hutchings has announced the immediate availability for download of Linux kernel 3.2.48 LTS (Long Term Support).

Linux kernel 3.2.48 LTS brings just a handful of fixes, a few driver improvements, sound fixes, and support for various devices.

Highlights of Linux kernel 3.2.48 LTS:

• PPP header erasure and memory leak have been fixed (l2tp); • The UEFI anti-bricking code has been implemented; • 8168evl frame padding has been fixed; • Invalid volume resolution has been fixed for Logitech HD Webcam c310.
