Lindsay Was Framed, Will Walk

While Lindsay Lohan has been MIA ever since her Monday night arrest (see all the details HERE and HERE), the media simply can't get enough of her latest drama. Seeing that this was, in fact, her second DUI in as many months and that she even added to it some extra charges of cocaine possession and transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility, it's only natural that people want to know more about what happened before the trainwreck arrived. And, by the looks of things, the arrest was just the beginning of the whole story.

As you know, Lindsay claimed her innocence yesterday saying that she did not do drugs and that the cocaine the officers found in her pockets was not hers, a theory corroborated by an unnamed source who claims to be from the 'inside' - the pants they found the coke in were not Lindsay's, they belonged to one of her friends. And, if all that stuff of 'Coke not mine, pants not mine, not criminal but victim' isn't enough to convince you that LiLo is, indeed, the only innocent in this story, there's plenty more to go around.

Apparently, Lindsay is now trying to get out the theory that she wasn't even behind the wheel that night! Ever since she was cuffed and taken to the police station, the actress has been trying her best to show that she is nothing but a pawn in a greater scheme of things and that she is meant to take the fall for somebody else. I say: was she even there, at the time of the arrest, or was she just a hologram? Anyway, the two men who were in the car at the time the police arrived at the scene of the argument between Lindsay and the mother of her former assistant claim that the first thing the actress said when asked to take the breathalyzer was 'I wasn't driving. The black kid was'. The 'black kid' begs to differ, by saying that Lindsay was practically acting crazy and driving with at least 100 MPH, in hot pursuit of the car in which her assistant's mother was.

Speaking of which, HERE is where you can listen to a taping of the 911 call made by the mother of Lindsay's assistant. To save you all the trouble, the woman sounds panicked and hysterical, repeating over and over again 'Oh, my God! Oh, my God! What's he doing? Oh, my God!!!'. Let's not forget that, if we were to believe the guys who happened to be in the vehicle driven by Lohan, the woman has reason enough to be scared: Lindsay is like Terminator when drunk behind the wheel.

However, the Lohan family wants to show the world a totally different side of the story. According to insiders, the actress was not chasing her assistant's mother - she was herself chased by the paparazzi and was only following the first car because she thought her assistant Tarin was there and she really wanted to help her because she was in trouble (??). Also, Ali Lohan (Lindsay's younger sister) says that the whole trouble is not caused by LiLo's addiction but by the fact that, quote, 'My father is telling all lies to people and saying he was such a great dad and was always there for us, my father was never there for us, My mom was always there souporting[sic] us'. Dina Lohan (the mother who does all the 'souporting') blames the paparazzi and the media. Lindsay herself blames someone else's pants. Let's all blame the Devil, 'cause he surely got his horns into this.

Either way, documenting Lindsay's free-fall is already proving to be quite a tough job with all the he-said, she-said. So it's clear that, unless Lindsay comes out of her hiding to make a statement, nothing of what we hear is reliable. But, with each day, her chances of walking away from this with a clean slate are rapidly increasing. Stay tuned here for more details (hopefully something really interesting).
