The 20-year-old actress, Lindsay Lohan, and her boyfriend, Pink Taco owner Harry Morton were returning from the Venice Film Festival (where she promoted 'Bobby') when an incident in London's main airport made them delay their trip home for a while.

Lindsay contacted the airport police and Scotland Yard immediately as she saw that an expensive Hermes Birking bag was missing from the luggage trolley. Initially, she refused to say what was in it and then, she only vaguely hinted that she had her jewelry and her asthma medication in there.

The star's publicist, Leslie Sloane, refused to comment on the content of the stolen bag and said only that Lindsay is 'begging' the thief to return the stolen items. 'She doesn't care how she gets them back, she just wants her stuff back', Sloan told TMZ.

Sources from Scotland Yard have let it slip to the press that, from their understanding of the case, the jewelry stolen is estimated at around $1 million. No wonder she is 'begging' to have them back...

Scotland Yard representatives gave an official statement and said that, although everybody is doing all they can, they have no suspects up to this moment.
