Lindsay Lohan to Muzzle Father After Leak of Taped Conversation

Just yesterday, Michael Lohan was saying that he had come to the conclusion the only way he could make his daughter see that she needed rehab was to air all her dirty laundry in public. Since then to the time of writing, Mr. Lohan seems to have moved forward with his threat of releasing personal audios in his possession, with Lindsay now asking attorneys to gag him, as TMZ informs.

As the celebrity gossip website / paparazzi agency puts it, Lindsay is fuming that Michael Lohan made public several recordings of phone conversations between the two. Not only that, but she’s also letting the entire world know that her father – who shouldn’t even call himself a man, she says – continues to lie and twist things in such a way so that he can make a profit. The audio that he leaked to the media is not even the real thing, the actress argues, as her father edited it to render a message that best suited him personally.

“My fathers such a loser & those recordings are from years ago. To release personal things is foul enough, but to edit them. I used to think That he needed the book for dummies on learning how to be a father. Haha-he’s needs the book for dummies on HOW TO BE A MAN. [sic]” a very upset Lindsay Lohan tweeted just recently, shortly after her father went to the media with the recording.

Not only that, but Lindsay is also gathering evidence for a case against her old man, TMZ also says. The star and her legal representatives are now working together against Michael Lohan, with the goal of getting a gag order from a judge, which would officially force him to stop talking to the media about his daughter and her alleged drug use. All this time, though, Mr. Lohan himself is telling the media that, while he might not like it, this is the only method still available to him to make Lindsay see that she needs professional help for her many issues.

“We’ve learned Lindsay contacted her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, yesterday, asking her to get a restraining order against Michael Lohan, who has been selling his daughter out on TV, talking about her alleged drug use. Chapman Holley tells TMZ she’s putting together a case against Michael and will decide which legal move makes the most sense. Aside from getting a restraining order, Chapman Holley could file a defamation lawsuit against Michael on Lindsay’s behalf,” TMZ also writes.
