Not long ago, teen actress Lindsay Lohan said in an interview for Vanity Fair Magazine that she suffered from bulimia in the past.
Now she starts denying her statement, saying that she was either misunderstood, or her words were perverted on purpose in order to defame her.
Giving an interview for Teen People Magazine, the 19-year-old actress says that her words were misused in the Vanity Fair article, which claimed that she admitted to having an eating disorder and dabbling in drugs.
Vanity Fair wrote: "I was making myself sick. I was sick and I had people sit me down and say, 'You're going to die if you don't take care of yourself'," but it seems it wasn't an accurate quotation of Lohan as now she says:
"The words that I gave to the writer for Vanity Fair were misused and misconstrued, and I'm appalled with the way it was done "
Being Vanity Fair's turn to reply, they defend themselves by saying: "Evgenia Peretz is one of our most reliable reporters. Every word Lindsay Lohan told her is on tape. Vanity Fair stands by the story."
What will Lindsay say next on her defense? Will she start a scandal about this or did she get scared when hearing about the taped conversation?
