By issuing a statement to say he won’t comment on them, no less

The other day, Lindsay Lohan made headlines again – again for all the wrong reasons. Making a red carpet appearance, the actress set tongues wagging by flashing, instead of pearly whites, a rotten smile.

Dressed in a sleek black dress and looking very put together, Lindsay smiled at photographers on the red carpet, perhaps unaware that they weren’t even probably paying that much attention to her outfit.

When she smiled, Lindsay’s once-white teeth appeared yellowed and rotten, which has sparked lots of debate of whether she was doing meth or simply not taking proper care of herself and perhaps smoking too much as well.

People magazine reached out to her publicist, Steve Honig, to see whether it could get a comment on Lindsay’s teeth.

It came – with the mention that it’s a comment about not wanting to comment on the matter.

Lindsay, her rep says, is still one of the most beautiful and sought after women in the world while, at the same time, a glamorous and talented actress.

“Lindsay is widely acknowledged as one of the most stunning actresses of her day, and we get requests every week wanting to do photo shoots with her from top photographers,” Honig says.

Proof of that is the fact that she’s still landing major magazine covers. If she weren’t all of the above, no one would want to take her picture, the rep implies.

“She’s been on the cover of Vanity Fair and the top beauty and fashion magazines. She’s a beautiful and glamorous actress,” says her publicist.

Plus, he scolds, there are countless more important things to talk about than Lindsay’s teeth, even if you’re celebrity magazine like People.

“With everything going on – from deteriorating public education to rampant homelessness to international unrest – there is no way I’m going to comment on Lindsay’s teeth,” he explains.
