Lindsay Lohan's New Year Party in Miami

The teen star of 'Mean Girls' is hosting a $200 per plate extravagant party to celebrate the last night of 2005

Actress and singer Lindsay Lohan has revealed her plans for New Year's Eve.
According to the Sun, she'll be hosting a glamorous party in Miami Beach, Florida.

The teen star of 'Mean Girls' is hosting a $200 per plate extravagant party to celebrate the last night of 2005 and has confirmed she will be present for the whole duration of the event, from 9pm to 5am.

Other celebrities to participate to the Miami party are Lindsay's ex- boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama and Nicole Richie, the star from Simple Life.

This year Lindsay benefited from a lot of media attention.
During the spring and summer of 2005, media speculated that an eating disorder or drugs might have provoked her dramatic weight loss.

Mean Girls, the movie that made her famous, is the story of a girl, Cady Heron ( Lindsay Lohan) who was born in Africa and thinks she knows everything about the survival of the fittest. But the law of the jungle takes on a whole new meaning when the 15-year-old enters public high school for the first time and encounters psychological warfare and unwritten social rules that teenage girls face today.
